Howard Snell
Chief Executive Officer
Otkritie Securities Limited 		Mr. Snell is responsible for Otkritie Capital’s UK local business strategy as well as corporate and investor relations. Prior to joining Otkritie Securities Limited (the firm’s UK entity), Mr. Snell was CEO of Troika Dialog’s UK subsidiary where he was responsible for launching local and European operations. Mr. Snell previously held the position of co-head of the London Emerging Markets desk at UBS where he was in charge of Debt Capital Markets Origination for Russia and CIS countries, and worked on a number of Russian bi-lateral and debt restructuring transactions.

Chairman, Otkritie Securities Limited 		Mr. Belyaev is CEO of OTKRITIE Financial Corporation JSC and defines the strategy of the companies owned by the Financial Corporation. He also acts as Chairman for Otkritie Securities Limited (Otkritie Capital’s UK entity). Mr. Belyaev graduated from Moscow Engineering and Automation Institute and holds a degree in electronics engineering and ultra-sound technology; he also has a diploma of economics for banking and insurance business from the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, and a qualification certificate (class 1) from the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. In 2007 Mr. Belyaev was awarded the title of "Investment Banker of the Year" for his outstanding contributions to Russian financial markets development.

 Evgeny Kunts
Deputy Chief Executive Officer
Otkritie Securities Limited 		Evgeny Kunts Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Otkritie Securities Limited Dr. Evgeny Kunts is responsible for general management and supervising of Otkritie Securities Limited, Otkritie Capital’s UK entity. He holds degrees of Doctor of Business Administration from the International School of Management, Paris and Master of Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management. Dr Kunts is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, UK and is a Certified Financial Services Auditor by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). Before taking his current position, Dr. Kunts served on the Board of Directors of Otkritie Finance (Cyprus) Limited. Prior to joiningOtkritie Capital, Dr. Kunts was the Executive Director of BrokerCreditService (Cyprus) Ltd and a member of the strategic planning board of the Financial Group "BrokerCreditService".
