Howard Snell

Otkritie Securities Limited		 Mr. Snell is responsible for the UK local business strategy as well as corporate and investor relations. Prior to joining OSL, he was  Chief Executive of Troika Dialog UK subsidiary where he was responsible for launching local and European operations. He also took position of co-head of the London desk of the Emerging Market at UBS where he was in charge of Debt Capital Market Origination for Russia and CIS countries, and subsequently worked on a number of Russian Bi-lateral and debt restructuring transactions.
Vadim Belyaev

 Mr. Belyaev is CEO of OTKRITIE Financial Corporation JSC and defines the strategy of the Group of Companies. Mr. Belyaev graduated from Moscow Engineering and Automation Institute and holds degree in electronics engineering and ultra-sound technology; he also has diploma of economist for banking and insurance business of Financial Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, and qualification certificate (class 1) of Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. In 2007 Mr. Belyaev was awarded the title of "Investment Banker of the Year" for his outstanding contributions to Russian financial markets development.

Otkritie Securities Limited		 Mr. Lokhov is CEO of Otkritie Securities Limited and the Head of Global Markets and Investment Banking business of the Corporation. Mr. Lokhov graduated from Novosibirsk State University and holds degrees of Ph.D. in Economics Carl v. Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA program. Prior to joining OTKRITIE Financial Corporation Mr. Lokhov served as Managing Director of GL Trade AG's Moscow Branch in Russia from 2005 to 2007 and was responsible for the Company's day-to-day management and business development in Eastern Europe across all product lines. Mr. Lokhov is a Member of the Board of the RTS Stock Exchange.

 Evgeny Kunts

Otkritie Securities Limited		 Dr. Evgeny Kunts MCSI, CFSA is responsible for general management and supervising of the company. He holds degrees of Doctor of Business Administration from International School of Management, Paris and Master of Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, UK and he is a Certified Financial Services Auditor by the Institute of Internal Auditors, IIA. Before taking his current position as the Director of OSL, Evgeny Kunts served as the Director of Otkritie Finance (Cyprus) Limited. Prior to joining OTKRITIE Financial Corporation, he was the Executive Director of BrokerCreditService (Cyprus) LTD and the member of the strategic planning board of the Financial Group "BrokerCreditService".
