Director,
Legal and Compliance		 Dr. Evgeny Kunts MCSI, CFSA is responsible for general management and supervising of the company. He holds degrees of Doctor of Business Administration from International School of Management, Paris and Master of Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment, UK and he is a Certified Financial Services Auditor by the Institute of Internal Auditors, IIA. Before taking his current position as the Director of OSL, Evgeny Kunts served as the Director of Otkritie Finance (Cyprus) Limited. Prior to joining OTKRITIE Financial Corporation, he was the Executive Director of BrokerCreditService (Cyprus) LTD and the member of the strategic planning board of the Financial Group "BrokerCreditService".
Nils Jahn
Head of Electronic Trading Solutions		 Mr. Jahn acts as Managing Director and is in charge of the global DMA Sales Team at Otkritie Securities Limited (OSL). Also he is the Head of the Branch in Frankfurt. Mr. Jahn graduated from the Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg and holds a master degree in Economics. Prior to joining OSL, Mr. Jahn served as Sales Director for BT Radianz and for GL Trade where he initiated the very first business for GL Trade in Russia in 2001.
Evgeny Kuteev
Head of Derivatives		 Mr. Kuteev graduated with a Master of Science, Applied Mathematics from the Moscow Aviation Institute and has over ten years experience in international exchange traded derivatives. Not only a trader, Evgeny has extensive experience in setting up front, middle and back office systems and processes giving him a detailed understanding of every aspect of derivatives trading. This has allowed him understand the most complex client requirements and given him a practical but flexible approach in meeting those needs. Prior to joining OTKRITIE Financial Corporation, Mr Kuteev worked for Guta bank and Nefteprombank in Moscow.
