Otkritie Financial Corporation Bank

Otkritie Financial Corporation Bank, established in 1993, is the parent company of the Otkritie Banking Group, which ranks first among Russia's largest privately owned banking groups and fourth among all Russian banking groups by assets.

The Bank was renamed Otkritie Financial Corporation Bank in June 2014 (earlier the Bank was known as NOMOS-BANK).

The assets of Otkritie FC Bank, according to IFRS financial statements as of 30 June 2015, reached RUB 3,104.9 billion (including Otkritie FC Bank and Khanty-Mansiysk Otkritie Bank).

In 2002, the Bank became one of the first Russian lending institutions to receive an international rating. At the present time, the Bank is rated BB- by Standard & Poor’s and Ba3 by Moody’s.

Otkritie Financial Corporation Bank focuses on the corporate and investment segments. Several of the Bank’s clients are corporations of federal importance, as well as medium-sized businesses. Our clients represent all major sectors of the Russian economy: manufacturing, mining industries, residential and industrial construction, transport, and communications.

The Bank is traditionally a leader in serving companies from the gold mining sector. Between 2007 and 2014, it was recognized as the best Russian bank in the precious metals market (per the Interbank Association of Precious Metals Dealers)
